Aavaas | आवास (habitat; residence)

Aavaas is a tranquil home for a young family of three, clutter-free and modern, with minimal interventions that maximise space through a cohesive design language. Joy and abundance balance rest and introspection through a soft colour scheme, juxtaposed with family memorabilia in black and white. We created a gender-sensitive play area that doubled up as the baby room, using natural materials, wildlife-inspired wallpaper and even a tiny library to engage and stimulate.
